I got a code from the studio, how do I use it?
The easiest way is the link that came with the code: open it on your iPhone and confirm in the App Store
Or open the App Store, tap your photo in the top right corner, then Redeem Gift Card or Code, and type the code
Then open the app, and the subscription is already there
The app still shows the free version after I used the code
In Finance Three open Settings with the gear on the main screen, then Finance Three Plus › Restore purchases
In Wallpaper House tap House Key on the main screen, then Restore Purchases
Make sure the App Store and the app use the same Apple Account
What happens when the free period from a code ends?
The subscription renews at the regular price, unless you cancel before the end date
If you cancel, you keep everything until that date and you are never charged
The App Store shows the end date in Settings › your name › Subscriptions
The code says it is used or expired
Every code works once and has an end date
Write to us with the code and we will sort it out

How do I cancel?
On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose the app and tap Cancel Subscription
You can also get there from the App Store: tap your photo, then Subscriptions
Everything stays unlocked until the end of the period you paid for
How do I cancel a free trial without being charged?
Cancel at least a day before the trial ends, the same way as above
The trial keeps working until its last day
Can I get a refund?
Payments go through Apple, so refunds do too
Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com with the same Apple Account
I have a new iPhone
Sign in with the same Apple Account, install the app and tap Restore purchases
Subscriptions belong to your Apple Account, not to the phone

What is free and what comes with Plus?
Logging spending and income, the calendar, widgets and the monthly totals are free, forever
Plus adds the shared family budget, the monthly plan with how much you can spend today, envelopes, fixed payments and spending by category
The yearly plan starts with one month free
I installed Finance Three before Plus existed
Plus is already yours
If you do not see it, open Settings in the app, then Finance Three Plus › Restore purchases
How do I share a budget with my partner or family?
Create a family budget in the app and send the invitation through iCloud
Everyone who accepts sees every entry on their own phone
One Plus covers up to six people in your Apple Family Sharing group
People you invite can see entries without Plus, and adding entries to the shared budget needs Plus, your own or shared through Family Sharing
An entry does not appear on the other phone
Both phones need to be signed in to iCloud and online
Open the app on both phones and wait a few seconds
If it still does not show up, write to us, and please do not delete the budget
Do you see my money?
No, your records stay on your phone and in iCloud
We run no server for your budget, and there are no ads and no tracking
How do I keep a copy of my records?
Open Settings in the app, then Backup, and save a file to the Files app
The file is readable, so keep it somewhere private
What happens if I stop paying for Plus?
Nothing you created is deleted and it all stays visible
Envelopes and fixed payments pause until Plus is back

How do I set a wallpaper?
Save it from Wallpaper House, then open it in Photos, tap Share and choose Use as Wallpaper
Or touch and hold the Lock Screen, tap the plus button and pick Photos
How do I restore House Key?
Tap House Key on the main screen, then Restore Purchases
Use the same Apple Account that bought it
Do I need to update the app for new wallpapers?
No, new collections arrive on their own while the app is online
Does it read my photos?
No, it only asks to add the wallpaper you save
